Either you’re trying to get out of the house some mornings or just don’t have the energy to make breakfast for yourself. Here is my go-to morning smoothie recipe that is delicious and easy to make.
What you need:
1 cup of yogurt
2 bananas (or 1 cup of blueberries)
3 tbsp of maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp of Almond Butter
I use a Ninja Blender for my smoothies. I absolutely love this blender because it really blends everything. Plus is comes with a to-go lid that you can twist on, no need to transfer to a cup. We have the whole Ninja set to be honest since I needed a good blender for my sauces and fruit balls. But for the smoothies I just use the cup part.
Just put all the ingredients inside and blend until smooth. Yummy! You have protein, fruit, yogurt and healthy oil to start you day.
